Towns
It is often diffucult to remember where one can find a particular item that is urgently needed or who in the area gives the best prices for loot. Here is a summary. Details can be found on the pages for the individual towns.
After clearing out a dungeon you usually want to get your reward if you have just completed a quest. You then want to sell your loot to the highest bidder and probably turn your new won skill points into genuine skills. The training establishments are just listed with the name of the trainer and the town. The price you get when selling depends on your reputation and bartering skill. Funnily enough healers offer the best price, if you ask for Healing! The values given here are based on a reputation of 20 and barter 2 for each member of the party. The actual price you will be offered will of course be different, but the list can be used for comparison. If you have enough skill in barterering everbody offers you a good price which tops out at 60%. In the list of people who will identify items I have also noted the cost.

12 |
Mass Curing
not a great deal of use in this game |
Clarisse, Tower of Magi Pathass, Gnass |

One of the few things you have to buy is a boat for the river from Fort Draco to Formello, otherwise you cannot reach Solberg or find the teleporter-code for Erika. I never need to buy rations but it is a good idea to see what the general item sellers have to offer. There is occasionally something useful like an Energy Potion to be had.
