It is always a good idea to talk to everybody. The following notes give hints on hidden rooms, traps and puzzles.
It is easy to get into the main compound to the north and talk to the "grunts" there but the door to the cell tract is locked and needs Unlock Doors L3 to open it. There is however a hidden door in the south side of the main compound. Only one of the two cells is occupied by Dougherty who has been tortured and wants nothing more than to get back to the surface. On further questioning she will tell you about grey passes and give you exact details about the location of a secret fort (Totem Tunnels) where one is to be found.
There is very little surprising here. In the SE corner of the town is a locked shed with lots of cobwebs and three Arenae. When you have killed these monsters and removed the webs you find a corpse wearing a silver ring in the SE corner.
There is an inn run by Cronan. Rooms here are cheap (5 coins).
