The entrance to this cave is hidden behind (ie to the north of) the the Nephalim Castle.
There is a reception committee of goblins, a nephil archer and a warrior awaiting intruders. To the south of the entrance cave there is another cave with some webs behind which are Giant Spiders. Be careful not to get webbed when fighting them. Since these spiders do not have any ranged attcks you can walk upto the webs and remove some of them before the spiders are close enough to attack. Further south of the spiders are two Baby Hydras guarding some coins. Their nests and the nearby corpses yield a few useful items. To the east of the spiders is a passage leading south to a body with cursed leather armour, 15 coins and an Iron Spear.
To the east of the entrance cave is a graveyard. As soon as you reach the centre of this cave various undead appear in the nooks and crannies. If you want to you can avoid this cave by going south from the entrance killing the spiders and hydras and then east.
South of the graveyard is a guardroom with a few goblins and nephilim. To the east is a wheel which cannot be turned. When you approach the portcullis in the south you find it is protected with a password. If you have read the scroll dropped by the leader of the nephalim attack on Fort Ganrick, you will know that the password is "ghath". Otherwise you cannot get through to the Nephilim Castle.
