There are quite a lot of bandits and Nephilim wandering around in the NE of this area. To the West you can be surpised by Slithzerikai who are a bit tougher.
There is a lone Slith wandering around the area to the north of Fort Duvno. He is fairly tough but as he is alone that should be no problem. He is carrying an iron spear.
Due east of Fort Duvno there is a Group of Goblins camping
The Gremlin Grove is located at A on the Worldmap. The Gremlins are very dispirited and seem to be looking for something to cheer them up
They want a bottle of high quality wine. (You could buy some in Almaria but there is other wine lying around, for instance Motrax has a bottle of Mushroom Merlot '91 in his treasure trove). When they have got their wine they go off on a spree and leave the patch of toadstools they were obstructing to you.
The bandit leader who Jason in Fort Duvno told you about is camping in this area.
No one will reward you for clearing this cave. There is however some useful loot and you can learn Divine Fire L3. Since you need level 1 beforehand, you will probably need to come back again later. It is still worth clearing it early on.
The Crystal Cave is just north of Cotra. When you get there you find that it is broken and needs six crystals to restore it. There are actually seven crystals which can be found at the following locations:
As soon as you have six crystals you can repair the cave. It is now a restoration pool and you gain 10xp.
Just south of the goblin fort is a lonely Farmhouse where some bandits are camping.
You come across an Eye Beast accompanied by Asps and Serpents. After you have dispatched them you find a Resistance Ring and 250 coins.
You come across a small village where Sliths are keeping some humans prisoner. You can join in a fight to help free them. Afterwards you find one of the Crystal shards needed to repair the Crystal Cave.
The Brigand Fort that Captain Johnson in Fort Duvno told you about.
There are three further villages near f, where Sliths have enslaved some humans. If you join in a fight to free them you can pick up a lot of loot. In each case you find a fairly nice item after the fight. If you free the prisoners in all four villages you get 1 extra reputation.
These Caves are being built by goblins for the Nephilim. When you have killed the chief Captain Johnson in Fort Duvno will reward you.
There is a secret passage in the N of the cave with a deserted campsite. If you raid it you find "a gourd filled with black tarry substance" (which turns out to be an Energy Elixir) but the owners (some brigands and a rather nasty evil priest) turn up and attack you. They drop lots of poor quality equipment.

There is a secret passage in the NW of the cave with a steel javalin.
A useful Cache with 3 dried meat and 10 Steeel Arrows and no one attacks you!
The first time you come here you find that the pool is a watering hole for a pack of lizards which attack you.
Mairwen in Fort Dranlon wants you to recover a rare tome from this dungeon.
There is a nice lot of treasure here and a reward from Mayor Steele in Cotra when you have freed the prisoners.
Six goblins and a witch who do drop a few items including a ruby but do not seem to be guarding anything.
