This fort is reasonably easy for a low level party. As in all dungeons it is a good idea to explore arouund the edges, rather than barging staight into the middle. Beware of the south outside: there are some undead that can blast you through a window.
The leader of the bandit horde (a mage) is in a room in the middle of the barracks to the west of the fort.
There is a scroll in the mage's quarters which teaches Light L3.
There is a secret entrance to the locked room in the NE but I have never found anything there.
