Using chroma with xml input

Following through this tutorial you will generate meson and baryon two-point correlation functions using chroma. If you are not familiar with this type of calculation please read the background slides.

The first step in the tutorial is to look through a very basic XML input file for chroma, the second step is to run chroma with this input file and to study the output.

Following this you will gain experience in modifying the input file to change various aspects of the simulation before performing a small scale spectrum calculation.

The last section gives an example of how to find out more about what is calculated from the chroma source code.

  1. Background and overview of the calculation
  2. First example: the xml input file
  3. First example: running chroma
  4. Modifying the input file
  5. Mini spectrum calculation
  6. Looking into the chroma code
