To perform this tutorial you will need to:
Log-on to a computer in the theoretical physics group using the LQCD-1 account.
Change to the course directory and make your own unique sub-directory. When you run the code and generate files, you should do this within your sub-directory.
The name of the course account and directory etc will be provided during the lecture.All directories mentioned in the tutorial are given relative to the course directory.
You will be using the purgaug executable which can be found in the directory bin-no-heterio.
Throughout the tutorial any command to be executed on the command line will be highlighted in blue. For example:
ls bin-no-heterio/purgaug
