I am working between algebraic topology, algebraic geometry and nonarchimedean analytic geometry. More specifically, in motivic homotopy theory for nonarchimedean analytic spaces. I am also interested in nonarchimedean Stein spaces and their algebras of global functions and, quite generally, in interactions between algebraic topology and algebraic or analytic geometry.

I did my PhD in Freiburg in 2016. During my PhD, I was funded by the state of Baden-Württemberg in the Brigitte Schlieben-Lange Programm and by the DFG in the GK 1821.

Now, I am a postdoc in Regensburg. I have been funded by the DFG in the GK 1692 from april 2016 through february 2017.
