It is always a good idea to talk to everybody. The following notes give hints on hidden rooms, traps and puzzles.
When you have let them scry you they take down the barriers, give you 100 xp and the quest to return the three Crystal Souls.
There is no inn in this town but you can rest in a room off the corridor to the west of the council chamber.
