S-50 hacker page

This page contains information for the S-50 sampler that cannot be found in the manual. As this are undocumented features use them at your own risk. Although I do not think that you could damage the hardware with software only you might accidently erase your precious sample disk that was in the floppy. So take the time and format a few disk on the S-50. Allways put the empty disk in if you are doing your experiments.

Utilities

s550util
Sources for a utility to list and extract tones from S-50, S-330 or S-550 disks or disk images. The Windows binary only works with disk images. When compiled under linux direct floppy access is possible.
